Bleu Cheese Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 qt. mayonnaise
    1 pt. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    2 triangles or sq. Bleu cheese, crumbled
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 qt. buttermilk
    1 bunch parsley
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder (not salt) or 5 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Put in glass containers with lids and refrigerate. Let set at least 3 days before using.
    Will keep in fridge, but if left too long, water will form on the bottom, which is the buttermilk separating.
    Use as soon as possible after shaking it up.
    Makes 5 plus quarts.
