New Hampshire Company Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. pkg. wide noodles
    8 oz. cream cheese (soft or bar)
    1 c. sour cream
    parsley sprigs (optional)
    1 bunch scallions or green onions
    2 c. cottage cheese
    salt, pepper and parsley
Preparation
    Cook noodles according to package instructions.
    Meanwhile, cut greens from scallions into small pieces with scissors (wash scissors afterwards or your coupons will smell like onions!).
    If using bar cream cheese, cut into cubes (about 16 chunks).
