Pace Six Layer Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    2 cans bean dip
    3 chopped tomatoes
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
    2 cans black pitted olives
    1 c. Pace picante sauce
Preparation
    Mash avocados in a bowl; add lemon juice, salt and pepper. Use another bowl to combine sour cream and mayonnaise.
    Layer in an oblong dish:
    bean dip, top with avocado mix, then sour cream mix.
    Sprinkle with onions, tomatoes and olives.
    Cover with cheese, top with Pace picante sauce.
