Strawberry-Orange Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. unsweetened strawberries
    1/2 c. plain non-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. frozen orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. liquid (orange juice or water)
Preparation
    Put all in a food processor or a powerful blender; puree. Serve immediately or store in freezer.
    (If frozen hard, put in refrigerator 30 minutes to soften.)
