Lemon Sponge Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. granulated sugar
1 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs, separated
1 c. milk
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Beat egg whites and set aside.
Blend sugar, egg yolks and butter.
Add milk, flour and lemon juice.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
