Pineapple Banana Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. oil
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 small can crushed pineapple (juice also)
2 c. diced bananas

Preparation

Do not use mixer.
Bake in a greased Bundt pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes.
