Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. flavoring (mint, lemon, orange or peppermint)
2 to 3 drops food coloring
Preparation

Mix all ingredients and knead as for pie dough. Roll into marble size balls. Either press into candy molds or flatten with tines of fork after rolling in small amount of sugar.
If using molds, unmold at once onto waxed paper.
Makes 6 dozen.
