Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon extract
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Melt margarine over low heat.
Add eggs, sugar, lemon extract and vinegar.
Mix well.
Pour in an unbaked pie shell and bake slowly until done at 350\u00b0.
