Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon, cut in pieces
1 onion, minced
2 c. milk
2 c. cubed boiled potatoes
salt and pepper
a small amount of milk
2 Tbsp. flour
parsley flakes
Preparation

Brown bacon and onion.
Stir in milk.
Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, for 1 to 2 minutes.
Add cooked potatoes. Make thickening of flour and a little bit of milk.
Stir into milk and bacon mixture.
Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Stir in parsley flakes.
