Jewish Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. oil (Wesson)
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    5 Tbsp. regular sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 qt. apples
Preparation
    Mix 5 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon together; set aside. Peel and slice thin apples.
    Cream sugar and oil well.
    Add eggs, one at a time; sift dry ingredients.
    Add gradually; alternate with orange juice.
    Add vanilla.
    Grease Bundt pan.
    Put part of batter in pan (thin layer); add apples and cinnamon sugar; repeat process with batter, apples and cinnamon and sugar.
    Bake 1/2 hour at 375\u00b0, then 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool when done.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
