Spinach Dip With Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) carton 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 c. fat-free mayonnaise
    1/4 c. Knorr dry vegetable soup mix
    2 tsp. grated fresh onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) chopped and drained water chestnuts
Preparation
    Process cottage cheese in food processor until blended.
    Place in bowl and set aside.
    Press spinach between paper towel until barely moist.
    Add spinach and remaining ingredients to cheese mixture; stir well.
    Cover and refrigerate about 3 hours.
    Serve with fat-free crackers or raw vegetables.
