Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. chopped nuts
powdered sugar
3/4 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Beat eggs on high for 4 minutes.
Gradually add sugar.
Add pumpkin and lemon juice.
Mix all dry ingredients (except powdered sugar) and fold into pumpkin mixture.
Spread onto greased and floured jelly roll pan.
Sprinkle nuts on top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
