Tart Green Beans With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. green beans, cooked
    4 slices bacon
    1/3 c. onion, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook the beans.
    Fry the bacon, cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
    Add to the skillet the chopped onion, vinegar, water, sugar, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil and pour this mixture over the drained beans.
    Toss and serve.
    Serves 4.
