Cheese Cake (In Pie Plate) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Oil pie plate.
Pour mixture in pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Remove and cool 20 minutes.
Mix 3 tablespoons sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
Pour over pie.
Bake 10 minutes longer.
