Dublin Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium potatoes, cubed
    2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 (12 oz.) can corned beef or 1 small jar chipped beef, shredded
    1 small chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Drain and cool.
    Add remaining ingredients and chill.
