Mandarin Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head romaine lettuce
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
1/4 c. slivered almonds
1 Tbsp. sugar
celery, diced
1 to 1 1/2 sliced green onions
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vinegar
dash of paprika
1 Tbsp. dried parsley (optional)
Preparation

Tear lettuce; add celery, green onions and drained mandarin oranges.
Add slivered almonds caramelized in sugar.
