Peach Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ground cloves
    16 oz. chopped, mixed candied fruits and peel (2 c.)
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 (16 oz.) can peaches, drained and chopped
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 c. prepared mincemeat
    1/4 c. apricot brandy
Preparation
    In very large mixing bowl, stir together flour, brown sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
    Stir in fruits and peels, nuts and raisins.
    Add peaches, milk, mincemeat and brandy; mix well. Turn into 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pans.
    Bake in a 300\u00b0 oven for 2 hours or until done.
    Cool completely; remove from pans.
    Wrap in foil or clear plastic wrap and store in a cool place.
    Makes 2 fruitcakes.
