Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. margarine
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In microwavable bowl, melt chocolate and margarine.
Add sugar, cocoa powder and evaporated milk.
Stir well.
Microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from microwave and stir with wire whisk.
Cook longer if thicker sauce is desired.
Stir in vanilla.
Serve warm over ice cream.
Store in refrigerator.
