Beef And Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. round steak
    1 c. tomatoes
    dash of garlic
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion, sliced
    1/2 medium green pepper, cut in 1-inch pieces
    rice or noodles
Preparation
    Put steak, cut in cubes, in skillet; brown.
    Pour off any excess fat.
    Mix together and pour over beef the tomatoes (roughly diced), garlic and pepper.
    Cover; cook over low heat for 1 hour, until meat is almost tender.
    Add sliced onion and green pepper. Cover; cook 30 minutes longer, or until both meat and vegetables are tender.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
