Baked Potato Stuffed With Shrimp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. shrimp
4 medium baking potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. milk
4 tsp. green onion, chopped
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cook shrimp and bake potatoes.
Carefully cut lengthwise in half and scoop out the potatoes, leaving the empty shell.
Whip together with the potatoes the remaining ingredients.
Stuff the mixture into the shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle paprika over the potatoes before serving.
Makes 8 halves.
