Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. apples, sliced
2 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

Sift together flour, salt and sugar.
Add egg, sour cream, vanilla and nutmeg.
Beat into a smooth thin batter.
Fold in apples.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Turn down oven to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle topping over pie and return to oven and bake for 10 minutes at 400\u00b0.
