Pizza Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sliced pepperoni
    1 1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    4 eggs
    2 loaves frozen bread dough
Preparation
    Cover bread (rub with oil) and thaw for about 6 hours.
    Roll each loaf into a 13 x 17-inch rectangle.
    Beat eggs with Parmesan cheese (reserve about 1/4 cup).
    Spread mixture on bread.
    Layer pepperoni, then cheese.
    Roll up jelly roll style.
    Place seam side down on cookie sheet and brush with reserved egg mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve with heated pizza sauce for a dip.
