Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 chicken breasts
    1/3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. oil
    3 stalks celery, sliced
    1 large onion, sliced
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 lemon, sliced paper thin
    1 green pepper, cut in 1-inch square
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Dust chicken with flour and salt.
    Brown in oil.
    Add remaining ingredients, except pineapple and cornstarch, but including the juice from pineapple, to chicken and simmer until celery is done.
    Add pineapple chunks.
    Thicken with cornstarch.
