Mushroom Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium red potatoes
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    3 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Cook whole potatoes in boiling salted water 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.
    Drain and slightly cool.
    Peel and slice about 1/2 inch thick.
    Set aside.
