Spinach Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 egg
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
    dash of garlic salt
    dash of red pepper
    2 slices bread, cubed
Preparation
    Cook spinach using 1/2 cup water and 1 teaspoon sugar.
    Drain. Mash out all liquid.
    Combine spinach, soup, egg and cheese. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Toss bread crumbs into butter to which garlic and red pepper have been added.
    Place on top of spinach and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 4.
