Tomato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. shredded cheese (Mozzarella or Monterey Jack)
1 large tomato
nutmeg
thyme
1 Tbsp. oil
Pillsbury pie crust
pepper
parsley
small onion, chopped
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Slice and drain tomato (place tomato on paper towel and lightly sprinkle with salt, then let set 5 minutes).
Line pan with pie crust; bake pie crust only for 10 minutes.
Spread cheese onto pie crust, then onion.
Arrange tomato on top; sprinkle with spices and oil.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
