Cole Slaw Souffle Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon gelatin
    1 c. hot water
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. cabbage, finely shredded
    1/2 c. radish slices
    1/2 c. celery, diced
    2 to 4 Tbsp. green pepper, diced
    1 Tbsp. dried onion
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Blend in mayonnaise, cold water, vinegar and salt.
    Chill until partially set.
    Beat until fluffy.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into individual molds or a 1-quart mold.
    Chill until set.
    Unmold and garnish with radish slices.
    Serves 6 to 8.
