Ingredients

1 loaf white bread
1 doz. eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 c. milk
1/3 c. maple syrup
Preparation

Take 10 slices of bread, cut off crusts and cube. Put 1/2 of the cubes into an ungreased 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish.
Take one package of cream cheese and cube; lay on top of cubed bread. Add remaining cubed bread and second package of cubed cream cheese to top.
Beat eggs well; add maple syrup and fold into eggs.
Add milk.
Pour over bread and cream cheese mixture.
Put into refrigerator overnight.
Bake in the morning at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
