Spaghetti Casserole(The Best!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken, cooked and drained
1 lb. ground turkey breast or chicken breast
1 medium onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. fresh sliced mushrooms, sauteed
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 (16 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. dry spaghetti sauce mix
1/2 c. shredded fat-free Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c. Weight Watchers fat-free Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Brown meat and onion in large skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Add mushrooms; simmer and stir 5 minutes.
Add garlic, tomatoes and tomato sauce and simmer 5 more minutes.
Add spaghetti sauce mix and stir.
Pour mixture over spaghetti and mix.
Pour half the mixture into large casserole sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and add remaining spaghetti mixture.
Top with Parmesan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
Recipe makes 8 servings.
