Cheese Blintze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 loaves thin white bread
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. white sugar
    4 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Cream the cream cheese, egg yolks and sugar.
    Roll bread slices with a rolling pin.
    Spread mixture on bread; roll like jelly roll.
    Dip in melted butter (2 sticks melted at a time). Roll in sugar and cinnamon.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool; cut into bite size pieces.
