Potato Nests With Peas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 egg yolk, beaten
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
dash of dill weed
2 tsp. butter or margarine
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can peas, drained
Preparation

In a bowl, combine potatoes and egg yolk; stir in the cheese. Spoon 2 mounds onto a greased baking sheet.
With the back of a spoon, shape each mound into a 4-inch nest.
Top with dill and butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden.
Fill nests with peas.
Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through.
