Creamy Delight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 (9 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries
1/4 c. pecans
1 banana, mashed

Preparation

Combine ingredients and freeze.
(I freeze in muffin pans, using paper liners.)
