Orange Buttermilk Molded Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange flavored jello
    2 c. buttermilk
    1 carton (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In saucepan, bring to boil pineapple and syrup.
    Remove from heat, stir in gelatin.
    Cool to room temperature.
    Stir in buttermilk.
    Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
    Pour in 8-cup mold or Pyrex dish.
    Chill 4 hours or overnight.
