Shrimp With Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp
    1 1/2 Tbsp. each butter and flour
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    4 yellow crookneck squash, sliced in rounds
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Moistened in 2 tablespoons butter, drain and rinse shrimp. Melt butter, blend in flour, gradually add milk and cook to smooth sauce; season with salt and pepper.
    Add shrimp and squash; layer in buttered casserole alternately with shrimp, sauce and crumbs. Reserve some crumbs for top.
    Remove cover and bake 25 minutes in 325\u00b0 oven.
