Oriental Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 green onions, chopped
3/4 head cabbage, shredded
2 pkg. oriental flavored noodles, crushed
1/2 c. sesame seed
1/2 c. blanched almonds
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Set the
onions
and
cabbage aside in a separate bowl. Toast the crushed noodles in a dry Teflon skillet until brown. Then add the sesame seed and almonds.
Cool.
Add oriental mix flavoring (comes
in
package
with
noodles).
Prepare
the dressing by combining the soy sauce, vinegar, pepper, oil and sugar.
Mix together just before serving, then add dry ingredients.
