Lemon Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. confectioners sugar
    2 c. granulated sugar
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    1 1/2 sticks butter
    4 eggs
    4 Tbsp. flour
    juice of 2 lemons
Preparation
    Cream butter; blend in confectioners sugar and 2 cups flour. Press firmly into 8 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Bake 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Beat eggs, granulated sugar, 4 tablespoons flour, lemon juice and rind.
    Mix well and pour over hot crust.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
    Cool and cut into squares.
