Lemon Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/8 tsp. ginger
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 eggs
    freshly grated peel of 1 lemon
    1/2 tsp. orange extract
    1 generous c. grated zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0.
    Yields one large loaf.
