Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggplants, peeled and chopped
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. rice
3 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 lb. pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
-
Brown sausage in skillet.
Add to other ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
