Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heaping Tbsp. shortening
    1 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 to 1/3 c. ice water
Preparation
    After mixing shortening, flour and salt, add ice water to make a ball. Poke holes in the bottom and sides after rolling the dough and place in a pie dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until brown.
