Cranberry Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 c. cranberry halves
Preparation
    Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder into bowl. Mix in beaten egg, orange juice and melted butter.
    Add hot water, pecans and cranberry halves.
    Use loaf pan 8 x 4 x 2-inches.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Cool in pan 5 to 6 minutes and turn onto wire rack to cool 8 to 10 minutes.
    Wrap in wax paper.
