Butterscotch Pear Ice Cream Soda - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Bartlett pear, pared, cored and sliced
    2 Tbsp. butterscotch sauce or syrup
    1 to 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
    cold club soda
Preparation
    Reserve 1 slice pear for garnish.
    Puree remaining pear. Combine pear puree and butterscotch sauce; mix well.
    Place in bottom of a glass.
    Add ice cream.
    Fill with club soda.
    Garnish side of glass with pear slice.
