Fried Quail - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large quail
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
vegetable oil
Preparation
-
Shake birds in bag in mixture of flour, salt, garlic and pepper.
Heat a frying pan half filled with oil.
Brown quail on both sides.
Cover skillet and reduce heat.
Cook slowly until tender, about 30 minutes, turning once or twice to brown evenly. Serves 4.
