Chicken And Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. pasta
    4 c. broccoli florets
    4 Tbsp. butter
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 red pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/3 c. milk
    2/3 c. white wine
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    1 c. grated Cheddar
    2/3 c. grated Parmesan
    1 lb. chicken breast, cut up
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil pasta 6 to 7 minutes.
    Add broccoli to water.
    Cook another 2 minutes; drain.
    Saute butter, pepper and onion; soften. Stir in flour.
    Stir about 1 minute until thick.
    Stir in cream, milk and wine.
    Keep stirring.
    Just before it boils, add Ricotta. Blend in.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in 1/3 cup of Cheddar and Parmesan until melted.
    Mix all 3 mixtures together (chicken, broccoli and sauce).
