Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 can drained sauerkraut, rinsed
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium green pepper or sweet red pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can pimientos (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl, combine sugar and oil; mix well.
Add all other ingredients.
Chill several hours before serving.
