Orzo With Garlic And Parmesan Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 c. orzo
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. finely chopped garlic
    1/2 tsp. grated orange rind
    4 Tbsp. chopped Italian parsley
    4 Tbsp. grated cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil water and add salt. Add the orzo. Cook and stir about 15 minutes or until tender. Remove 1/4 cup of the liquid and drain the orzo.
    Heat oil and butter in saucepan and add garlic. Cook briefly, stirring, but do not brown. Add the drained orzo, orange rind, the reserved cooked liquid, parsley, cheese and black pepper. Toss well. Serve immediately.
