Raisin Cream Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 3/4 c. milk
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch, milk and well beaten egg yolks in heavy saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Pour in raisins; let cool.
Pour in baked and cooled pie shell.
Top with meringue made from the three egg whites.
