Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. all-purpose flour
    3 tsp. salt
    3 lb. shortening
    2 c. cold water
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening, salt and sugar well.
    Add 2 cups cold water and mix again.
    Form into balls.
    Form into enough balls for 1 crust and wrap.
    Dough makes 19 or 20 crusts.
    Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
    Then store in plastic bags.
