Stir Fry Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. broccoli, separated into 1 inch florets
    2 medium carrots, cut into 2 x 1/4 inch strips
    1 medium vidalia onion, sliced
    3 C sliced yellow summer squash
    2 -3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Add oil to hot wok or large skillet, add vegetables, and stir fry until crisp tender. Season to taste.
