Meat Loaf With Quick Oats - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef (I like chuck)
    3/4 c. quick cooking oats
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients thoroughly with 1 can tomato sauce. Pack firmly in 8 x 4 x 3-inch pan.
    Chill about 1 hour.
    Unmold into a shallow baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Pour remaining tomato sauce over loaf.
    Bake 20 minutes more.
