Cider-Hot Mulled - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. apple cider
    cinnamon stick
    2 Tbsp. whole cloves
    1/4 c. honey
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in pan and place on stove.
    Heat slowly and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve hot. Refrigerate any leftover.
    Always serve cider hot.
    Serves about 12.
